Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer numerous choices for shipping through third party courier services. If you are located in the USA, Canada or any of its territories (includes APO’s), we offer a flat rate shipping of $8. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. If a holiday falls within the order time, shipping times may be delayed but will be processed the following business day. Delivery is expected anywhere between 10-14 business days to major centers, sometimes up to 21 days for more remote areas.

We always want to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping on our website. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 1-800-377-6898 and submit a written explanation of the issue or problem to Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Any returns or refunds shall be at Allure Imports Inc’s sole discretion. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. Item(s) must be returned to us, within 30 days of the ship date. Products must be unused and in original packaging, with all accessories and inserts.
